Born Rayvon Rollins in 1989 during Hurricane Hugo, Purple Kloud discovered his love for music at age 5. His sister Juliet encouraged him to pursue music, and he found inspiration in Yasiin Bey (Mos Def). Purple Kloud attended Full Sail University, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in Music Business. He worked with notable artists and developed his own unique style, influenced by comedians like Martin Lawrence and Dave Chappelle. Purple Kloud creates soulful music, writing his own songs, making beats, and playing guitar. He dreams of collaborating with Del the Funky Homosapien and The RZA. With a goal to inspire others, Purple Kloud strives to make music that feels good and resonates with listeners.
